Thank you Alex! The corset was attained at a Antique Mall in Sellwood (an offshoot of Portland) in Oregon. The dress, I FOUND hanging on a telephone pole! It was originally made by a lovely artist, Frocky Jack Morgan (now based in NYC).
The rope, a wonderful accessory that was already there, hanging out of the tree!
You just "found" it?? It sounds too good to be true! haha :) It's been a while since I've seen these, and man they are still soo incredibly stunning! I've been following the work you guys at the Vorpal team have been doing for a long time now, and I love what you do! The styling is always amazing, the themes/concepts are always really new and edgy, but never cliche or typical. Very fresh yet can still convey a timeless sense of beauty and style. Love love love you guys! :)
I always love the styling in every shoot. I particularly love this very last one you guys did with the rope. The dress/corset are amazing *__*

I love all these, but I think the photos of the dress are my favorite. It's just a gorgeous, gorgeous piece of art.
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex. That is REALLY amazing of you to say. Definitely what we are aiming for. It's so nice to feel recognized!
ReplyDeleteTreacle, thank you. The dress really is it's own art.
